Hard to answer, I can't think of a specific word, I guess they are seen as the normal ones. White or black would be used to specify if you talk about a friend who has a common name, for people who aren't white or black you'd use another detail to specify, like the "tall one", "the short one", "the bald", "the hairy" ...

The Insta type: exaggerated/cartoonish ass/tits/lips (tits/lips often enhanced, ass enhanced or ruined by excessive squats); hard doll-face with odd angularities; no real grace or repose in the posing; often bad skin hidden as much as possible by retouching of the image; rigidly conventional set of facial expressions (tongue out / duckface). Most of all the lack of real feminine moisture and dewiness throughout the face and body. You can see some or all of these elements in many other images if you scroll up the page; this one has none, it's just a higher quality girl (as well as a very nice pic).
