• Be more focused - Cut out distractions and get shit done ASAP... specifically low (no) return web surfing, it's an irrelevant waste of time.
• Be more social - Get out of monk mode and involve more people. Get involved.
• More profit - 2x to 10x last years income, put fingers in more pies. ABC.
• Get more ripped - Lower body fat to 15% and stabilize at 90kg of lean machine.

I don't think there is much of a point to have a thread like this if there's not a follow-up and where people are hold accountable for what they actually say here, maybe a temporary ban if you've not given a good report about all the actions you've taken to try and accomplish that goal.

Most people just spit out list of goals and talk this and that about what they're going to do and to be frank, everyone kind of know it's just feel good bullshit.

-Continue training BJJ 3-4x a week and Muay Thai 1-2x, put myself in position to earn my BJJ blue belt by July 1, 2020 (will have been training about 2 years at that point--started late June/early July 2018)

-Get to 205 lbs and <15% body fat by year's end (currently about 225 and ~25%)

-Travel to at least one country I've never visited before or at least not since I was <12 years old

-Continue daily language practice, get to the equivalent of a 2+/2+ DLPT score in Mandarin and 2/2 in Spanish by year's end. Would eventually like to get to 3/3 level in both but that isn't realistic in the next 12 months (I'm currently at probably about a 2/1+ in Mandarin and 0+/1 in Spanish)

-Wipe out at least 1/3 of my credit card and student loan debt

-No porn at all, fap a max of 2x/week

-Build a 10K/year passive or near-passive income stream, with concrete plans to scale to 50K by end of 2020

I'm now going to be honest with myself.

No longer will I deny my true identity.
So when filling out government / official forms, I won't tick the male checkbox.
I'll select 'other' & where possible (in being honest with myself) I'll detail my particular gender identity :

Male lesbian.

This way, I still get to fool around with chicks. Yet I also receive all the politically correct benefits & privileges of being an 'other'...

Here's mine and I have tons of confidence that I'll pull it off:

***1) Get out of the food industry and go into xyz industry that not only pays more off the bat but will advance me rapidly. This is the main goal I want to knock out and the following goals will fizzle out if I don't accomplish this one.***
2) Bang more girls and I'm pretty embarrassed about this part of my life. Has a lot to do with being a late bloomer and reading PUA shit years ago that got me nowhere. I'm not sure if I want a GF. I eventually want to settle down one day.
3) Keep doing martial arts and survivor related stuff. Unlikely civil war will happen but odds of getting robbed on the street or knock-out gammed still exist.
4) Keep networking with like minded individuals.

Once I get my needs met I might go the philanthropic/volunteering route. If the food industry has taught me anything it's that I can survive on very little.

Knowing my lazy personality I try to focus on three things this year:

1. Curing my bad back by doing exercises at home every day
2. Having a stable income by having my first full-time job
3. Keeping a meat focused diet as I noticed that carbo's and veggies can have detrimental effect on my mood and well-being

2018 was crazy. As I was entering it, I knew it will be the hardest year of my life, but it was even worse. But I am still here with some achievments done at the lowest point of my life. I want this year to be the most productive year of my life. My goals are achieveable, based on results from 2018.

- Make side income stream/start small side bussiness (get into dropshipping seriously, but also look for different ways)
- Look for new career opportunities
- Attend SF selection if possible
- Fight another fight in MMA or box (preparing for any upcoming selection has higher priority than this)
- Do 30 strict pull ups
- Develop some deeper relationship with quality girl (it will be 1 year soon since my last LTR)
- If previous point doesn´t work out, bang at least 20 girls (I banged 23 in 8 months, so this goal is not big deal, but I want to focus more on myself)
- Approach during day a lot and reach the freedom from ability to game every girl I consider enough attractive in whatever situation
- Travel abroad at least 3 times (I just got back from my 3rd abroad trip of 2018 and none of them was planned and each of them didn´t cost me more than few hundred bucks)
- Publish on blog/ebook (lower priority goal)
- Learn basics of some new language (probably Serbian)


It´s a lot of hard work to do, but the it has something to do with maybe the most important goal, which can´t be measured and it´s to do not waste any minute of my life.

New Year resolutions for 2019?? I think they should be realistic. I'm mostly focusing on stuff I started with in 2018.
Note how everything is about self improvement and has an effect on your game!!

Mine:

1. Learn Portuguese: I have been studying the most common 100 verbs and bought the Semantica course. This will help me to travel to Brasil and Angola and seduce some girls!

2. Perfectionise my Kizomba dancing: I started dancing in sept (bachata, salsa and kizomba). Not only is it the perfect way to relax and be in shape. It's also a great way to get to know people and especially girls. I especially love kizomba and I'm sure I can get a good level in 2019.

3. Buy a house. I am looking into an appartement to buy and have it rent out for 20 - 25 years to ensure myself a small pension.

4. No porn: porn free since 4 and a half months to improve my sex life and be addiction free. I beat drugs and smoking, this was the last one. This will help me to have sex in its pure form withouth having a polluted vision of sex and romance.

5. Throw a monthly party. The perfect way to enlarge your social ciricle and attract girls. Gives you a lot of status. I had an awesome birthday party last month with 50 attendees or so, including a lot of girls!

6. Improve my cooking skills. This year I had my first pop-up restaurant, I improved my BBQ skills and improved my Congolese cooking. I wanna keep exploring. Girls love a guy who can cook.

7. Trying to get mostly 8+ girls (or a 7 with an 8+ body), quality above quantity.

8. Improve my tennis skills. I started tennis last september. It's a great sport and good to destress. It's also very intens. It also helps to be outside. It helps you to lose weight, get better condition, being in the sun helps you tan and improves mental health.

9. Master portrait photography, at least a decent level. I have been mostly doing nature and animal photography. Bought a new lens and some material to experiment with. It will also be a great way to meet wanna be models!

10. Try to do more laps at the swimming pool. Now I just lay next to it or just stand in the water. I should force myself to do at least half a km each time when I'm there.

11. Take care of my job!

12. If I'm not to broke after buying a house, having an epic travel in Brasil this summer!

- lose virginity
- read at least a book a month (12 total)
- discover at least one hobby i really enjoy
- get a job at my school tutoring in my field or an internship
- improve social skills (only use computer/phone for school/goals listed here, try to make more friends and attend some college parties)
- don't miss a single workout
- no unhealthy foods or overeating except on special occasions(b-day, holidays, etc...)
