Chew a lot of gum. I’ve been chewing gum all day everyday since middle school, it’s like a cigarette habit for me. When I was younger I would kill a pack and a half a day. Mutilple people have told me have good facial structure/a good jawline. Of course genetics probably help as well

I never realized that I had a naturally well-defined jawline until I discovered mewing.

Pushing the tongue on the roof of your mouth should be standard procedure for all.

And don't be a mouthbreather.

I think mewing is legit, but for us that have constant nasal congestion due to asthma, it sucks... we can't breathe properly from our nose so we have to rely on the mouth breathing.. I have a friend that did this incorrect and ended up with minor TMJ, so be careful. You don't have to force the tongue on the roof of your mouth, but rather let it rest there. Have it "glued" to the roof the whole time, apply too little pressure and you won't benefit, apply too much and you can end up with TMJ.

It seems like that picture also has a lot to do with lowered BF% and the beard to enhance his jawline, it looks like he lost a bit of fat in his cheeks
