It is pointless to bring that topic in the conversation. I never ask, because I'll never get the truth anyways.
If you say the truth, that's what happens, she will panic thinking on STD's and how you trat women as objects.

Any guy at 30+ let alone 100+ bangs should know how to handle the question.

If the girl wants a relationship with you, instead of telling her your notch count you instead talk about your number of relationships.

If a girl is playful, you ask her of hand holding counts. Or say you’ve been saving yourself for her. Or say something else flippant.

If you want to get her real number, try to figure out her general dating pattern.

OP, I try to never directly or seriously answer any questions from a woman as a part of game.

When they ask about my sexual history I usually say 4000 or some bullshit number to keep their hamster wheel turning. If they ask again, I increase the number higher than the last number I told them. Or I say, "do you mean in the past month/week?"

Honestly, I lost count years ago.
