Leftwing celebrities never ever pick causes that will lose them money or work from their peers. Ever.

I don’t like Richard Gere and his politics but at least the man had the balls to make his point and stick to it, even after the consequences were spelled out to him.

I don’t agree with him, yet I respect the fact he willingly lost millions to back his beliefs on Tibet.

Meanwhile, Gadsby will advocate no cause that Hollywood will disapprove of.
