What if there is at least a 15 years difference b/t you and the girl, is it still prudent to ask for her age? I am close to 40 and want to game young girls. How do I answer the inevitable question in young girls' minds that I may be too old for them?

For large differences more than 10, I'd skip it, but then again if you are worried that you are too old, she'll probably feel it. The best thing to do is not care, though that's more of an internal game issue that takes time to fix.
