Politically, they are a bunch of leftist fruitloops but people have been saying that it is a shit dating city for years. I never had any major complaints because a) I grew up there but b) I was only there and in the dating market for maybe 3 of the last 13 years.

I'd love to hear from someone not lucky enough to GTFO and tell me what has gone significantly down hill in the last decade or so.

Why does anyone go there? I can't think of anything other than parking your money in real estate or letting your immigrant children get a mediocre education and socialized medicare. It's cheap if you make your money abroad. It's basically a more expensive Mexico to the North.

What happened? Care to elaborate and tell us more what caused this reaction of yours? I've been out of Boretown for 3 years and I'm due for a visit in the near future to visit family. Other than family I have no desire nor any reason to go back. And from friends there it's not getting any better. Curious to hear what caused you to make that thread? Is TO really as bad and even getting worst than it was say 3 years ago?

I had a date recently with an girl who had lived most of her life in Toronto. To put into context she was a 5 at best, slightly overweight, feminist and into stuff like fantasy and cosplay. The perfect RVF'ers girl

It was a brief date, no more than an hour. More of a practice session for me really. I sensed from her profile that she was strongly indoctrinated in feminist nonsense. I hooked her by revealing some nerdy stuff that I did as a kid. Didn't push sexuality, rambled about nonsense for most of the time. But tried to my best ability to keep masculine frame and give the impression that I had other opportunities.

The result was she's been chasing me after the date though I doubt I'm interested in going further. I feel relatively confident I could flip the script on a second date and push a more sexual connection.

Perhaps you just need to take a slow burn approach with these bitches. I don't know and I accept it might be different when you're there and with hotter girls.

I lived in Toronto for several years when I was in my dating prime. I was there when Tinder became a thing. I experienced the downhill slide first hand. In 2010-12, it was hard to meet and game women, but not impossible. Still had a lot of good results from going to hipster bars and rock clubs. Post Tinder, forget about it. Complete waste of time, money, and energy.

My theory is that due to socio-political-economic factors Toronto is simply the epicenter of cultural change. All the shit happening in society happens there first and hardest.

Couldn't you just bump one of the dozens of other Toronto is the worst threads instead of starting another one?

These threads always follow a similar pattern. In addition to the responses so far we'll see:

Someone will claim that Toronto isn't as bad as Washington DC or some other soy city.

Someone else will say they're moving to Toronto soon and will "crack the code".

Someone else (usually Digital Nomad) will claim Toronto is amazing for game and he went to Grace O'Malley's and was opened by two 7s and had a three-way with them.

Someone else (usually me) will say just get the fuck out of there before you go insane.
