Advice needed
Hey guys I play in a rec league and have to tuck in my jersey. When I play my shorts keep riding up, any methods to stop this?

I don't advocate this but if you can hang your dick outside the shorts and they will stay down (only at home, this is illegal etc)

Wear shorts so short they can ride up. I suggest an outfit like this.
