Reddit should be regulated with the rest of the social media like Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc.

They will all be put to the sword next year or so and turned into utilities.

It will probably survive, though it ain't exactly a bastion of free thought for the right. It's basically a Trump loyalist subreddit and you will be banned so easily if you don't fall in line. Hell I even got banned from there shortly after the election.

The guys from MDE are honestly probably better off being forced to leave reddit and delegate their energy elsewhere, in another platform or in real life. I'll miss sweaty posting and million dollar shave club. Some of them are on voat now I think.

The have already tried to defang TheDonald. I think they went after the moderators and there was some large drama.

If they take that one offline, Trump is very likely to say something about it. He once held an Ask Me Anything on it during the campaign. The RVF Trump thread and The Donald are usually top 3 Trump hits on Google. The Donald is essentially the Unofficial Trump Fan Club page for the entire internet. Trump Jr and similar read it too. Trump himself might even read it. It would not surprise me.

Roosh put ROK on hiatus because all the actions - paypal elimination, disqus elimination, likely different Google algorithm.

Those bigger sites cost money to operate and produce good content, also keep a community alive.

They usually try to go for money first - there are other ways of funding a site, but it's still hard since ROK articles have to go through the personal editorial of Roosh.

Quite a feat for them to do this but Reddit was taken over a year ago by those who are censoring youtube and twitter.

I read somewhere recently that the hippies from yesterday are now "the man" that they once detested. Irony indeed.
