I would say go to Oslo.

It's really easy to get laid if you're alone, because you become a non-threat and girls here are used to passive guys, so they will adopt you.

All the guys i know who are good in Oslo say ''I get laid more when i'm out solo, because i don't have friends (wingmen) distracting me!''.

Nairobi, Kenya. Africans are laid back and understanding and nobody frowns on you for being solo. It is slightly more dangerous though.
