The Civil Rights infringed the right to Freedom of Association. I'm not sure how everyone didn't see it coming.

Now we're obviously at a cultural point where you can't kick people out of your privately owned, privately funded, privately run property.

I don't care about the details - any business has the right to oust someone. What I am not ok about is those two guys in Starbucks getting millions in settlement and Starbucks spending tens of millions or more for the diversity industry, because the laws have been strong-arming them for decades now.

Kicking out shady guys or homeless out of your business is your right. But you would have to listen to Frame Games on JF about the Curious Case of Starbucks. If the homeless guy was black, then he would even have a bit of a case - but not with his White Privilege of course.

The protected class of homeless guy is cancelled out by the whiteness and the maleness.

That is the magic of intersectionality.

This is the most useless thread I've seen on the forum. The manager was cool and calm... Which clearly indicates the homeless man has been a problem for them in the past and the man video taping is a troll. Cop was professional.

And I didn't even talk about the big poster image displayed at the forefront of your (sexist) shop, this unbearable image of (non-vegan) father and son fishing side by side (with MAGA caps? and why no daughter?), proudly claiming "generations" of disregard for women's (and fishes') rights. Plus, your boat is not even a zero-emission electric Tesla boat, no doubt it runs on fossil fuel

All of this completely justifies that this poor woman, surrounded by such evil, patriarchal forces, would pass out in shock and dismay. Get ready for a civil lawsuit, possibly Senate hearing.
