Looking for some pro-tips on acquiring a base in Belgrade for October, followed by Chang Mai. I figured this is the place to ask with all the travel knowledge. It may even help prevent getting “gamed” and bent over!

I’m currently travelling and tiring of week or less AirBnB’s (especially cleaning and service fees). I would like to get a more stable place for a minimum of 2 weeks up to 2 months. Any advice, experiences or recommendations are appreciated. Also open to having fellow travellers over at said rentals to chill, hit the town or whatever.
