That's definitely not the case in Latin America. Maybe in other parts of the world, I don't know, but in Latin America there's no stigma whatsoever in that regard. Lots of folks there have Middle Eastern roots, so someone with that look blends in with the locals in many areas. Depending on his look, he may give the impression of being a higher or lower class local.

It might be the case in a socioeconomic sense but probably not in the hookup and fling lifestyle OP is looking for.

I think most darker skinned men should stay away from Latin America and even most browner countries as a whole. Brown and swarthy women in general have an inferiority complex which often makes them pass up men with their kind of an ethnic appearance for one night stands and lays. It does change if they are raised in a more westernized society where people would laugh at this sort of stuff which is why I had the success I had in NYC.

I think for OP, it would be best to go to the whitest parts of America or the most pale countries where darker skinned men have some exotic value if they are decent looking.
