Okay so i don't really know how to do this, this is my first time posting so if i mess up cut me some slack. Okay so here i go basically i have been a complete beta for my whole life and i have no skills with women and i basically let them walk all over me i have dated a few girls in the past but i usually doesn't end well. In one case i was cheated on and in other cases they just lose interest. And i'm basically just looking for some help and some tips i'm basically a blank slate.

Watch every single episode of the Black Phillip Show hosted by the late Patrice O'Neal (13 episodes in total). It's by far the best content out there for people in your position, regardless of your background (plus he's a comedic genius). In the mean time, regularly browse this forum and keep an open mind. It's simply a matter of deconditioning yourself, and it's not as hard as it sounds. It's just a bit painful at first.

Basically, the first thing you have to realize is your life is YOUR LIFE. Your goal is to be as happy as you can and experience as much as you can before you die. No matter how noble your actions are they really are selfish. If you find joy in helping others then you do it because it makes you happy.
With all that said you have to do things in your life that makes YOU happy while improving your life in every avenue to add more happiness to your life


Mentally improving gives you more focus, heightens your happiness baseline, gives you more confidence.

Social Improving helps you network, gives you a better group of friends to hang around, helps you with the ladies, makes you more persuasive

Physically improving gives you a better body, makes you stronger, more flexible, more mobile, more stamina and trust me having a nice VO2max and resting heart rate drastically improves day to day life



Your goal now isn't to improve to get women but better yet improve to make your life more enjoyable. Once you improve yourself FOR yourself you will have a great confidence that will draw women to you.


I'm nowhere near where i want to be but my suggestions that helped me get to where i am now (a much happier man) is to
1. Start Nofap, which not only means not fapping but stop watching porn, stop viewing naked women, get off Instagram and such and just enjoy life.
2. Workout, Put a great emphasis on mobility and endurance. Master your body weight and THEN focus on building strenght. Build a great foundation first.
3. Start meditation, Trust me it's like a mental reboot. It takes a while to get the benefits however
4. Read atleast 1 book a week, My suggestions is a strong self help book in the morning and a smooth fiction or biography in the evening before bed
5. Set Goals and journal! All of the most masculine and legendary men of history kept journals.
6. Get out of debt, become free. Once out of debt, stay out of debt.
7. Set both fictional and non-fiction role models. personally, I like archer, james bond and batman----Teddy Roosevelt, Ernest Hemingway, JFK, Mike Murphy
8. Affirmation, Don't do the bullshit where you speak it into existence (although that works for many) but better yet speak on great things that already make you the person you are. EVERYMAN has these things you just have to be confident enough to admit it

This will be a long journey and this site has A LOT of great information. Never give up, the only easy day was yesterday so keep moving forward and kicking ass. In the wise words of Zyzz "we're all sick kunts brah! we're all gonna make it"

The first thing I think about when I hear stories about men getting walked all over is the fact that they have no game. The more you understand social dynamics and implement it more in your day to day life, you will become a totally different person. Some friends will fade, some friends will come forth. I would recommend starting to read books like the mystery method and really understand what S and R value and showing value is all about.... good luck!

Use the search function at the top before you start another pointless thread. Search for topics that catch your interest and post in them.

Ask questions in those threads and they will be answered. Be specific instead of how broad you were in your post.

Hey thanks for the reply, yeah to be honest i am just starting to understand game i have only started to study game i'm only 18 and as i said in my original post i have been a beta for so long. But yeah i'm trying to understand game a lot more thanks for the suggestion of the book i will check it out. Are there anymore books or something that you would recommend.
