I was doing CBT for a different issue a while back and while it helped a lot to figure out the earlier problem although I couldn't help but notice how I can't take a blue pill therapist seriously, knowing what I know about male/female relations, trp etc etc..
I have a good friend offline who's pretty red pill and we had a good talk and it has helped a lot, combined with all the stuff in this thread.
I guess actually having an abundance mindset and red pill attitude and living it fully and only having the theoretical knowledge but not fully implementing it are two very different things... The eject when appropriate and not getting her pregnant part is clear on my mind, getting active or even proactive about it still takes some time to be honest, but I'm fully aware of what I need to do.

Re: virgin, I don't think she was lying, and she hardly gave me any dread in regards to other men, I think it was still insecurity in general, first girlfriend you know. Now with the current ltr it's actually knowing she has had a bad past in my judgement that's making it comparably worse, although my general confidence is much higher... But I know she's in love, she loves the sex and I'm working on just enjoying the ride while it lasts and slowly trying to detach emotionally and cultivating my abundance mindset.

I would be seriously surprised if a younger millennial women had a notch count under 50.

There's 52 weeks in a year.

Age 18 - age 30. 12 x 52 = 624 weeks.

Even if a woman only meets a new guy once a month that's still 156 guys. But a single woman in reality is probably going on 3 or more dates in a week.

Now you might say: "some women are monogamous / in relationships" true but then I would say I haven't brought up college dormitories, summer vacations and spring breaks where a woman could theoretically meet 5 or more guys in a week.


Someone would have to be a fool to believe the typical female in 2018 hasn't had sex with 200+ guys by age 30.

When a woman has banged 100s of men of course she's not going to be happy when she's married so that's why women are initiating 80% of divorces in the west.
