Talked to my landlord today. Here's how the conversation went:

Landlord: "So you're getting a new neighbor on Saturday. He knows you. He mentioned your name."
Me: "Come again?"
Landlord: "Yeah I told him an American with a beard lives in the other apartment, then he mentioned your name."
Me:

He said the guy is from Canada and spent some time in Ukraine. Luckystar? BalkanCynic?

Nah we both used the biggest rental agency in town. A landlord that has a contract with them has two properties in the same building.
