Oslo or Stockholm
I'm planning a Euro trip next month and my landing pad with either be Oslo or Stockholm.

I'll be in one of these cities for about 5 days before I spring board into Eastern Europe.

I've read up on the data sheets and both have their ups and downs. I'm hoping to get some further advice, perhaps from some who have visited both.

I'm a white dude in my 40s. I'll pipeline on the internet and I will do day game on young attractive women like I do in the states and every other country I visit with mixed success. I don't do much if any night outings though if I come across some cool RVF'ers I would.

So, innocent Swedes being gunned down and massacred in Sweden from time to time by wayward migrants notwithstanding, Oslo or Stockholm?

RE: Oslo or Stockholm
If you decide to go to Oslo here are some good day game spots: Pipervika is where everyone waits for the ferrys to go home in the evening, Next to there is Aker Brygge, many people go for walks there, Akershus Festning (fortress) is free. You will see many tourists there. I'm no expert. I only visited for a few days. Hugh shout-out to Riskit4biscuit.

RE: Oslo or Stockholm
Might be a bit partial, but I'd say Stockholm.

I've been in Olso twice the last 6 months and Stockholm a handful times in my life.

Oslo is a beautiful city that can be likened to a "village city"; it's small enough to walk around the city center in 15 minutes, and you can be surrounded by nature 30 minutes from the city center (by tram). Great public transport and friendly people. Norway is starting to get famous for being a fat nation, but you'll have plenty of opportunity to chat to beautiful women with a happy demeanor.

It also might be the most expensive city in Europe; a simple lunch will run you 30$, beer is minimum 12-15$ in normal places. Norwegians have made it a habit to buy alcohol in Swedish border shops.

Stockholm is filled with history. If you like old baroque/renaissance buildings and having history around every corner, the Swedish capital will be a treat to you. It's not for nothing it's called Venice of the North.

Stockholm the only proper "big city" north of Denmark's Copenhagen. It's a bit expensive but not even close to Norwegian levels. Beer starts at 7$. Lunch 15$. Like in other threads on the forum, you will find Scandinavia's finest women in the center of Stockholm. They know how to dress and paint themselves.

Thanks to our equal society, with the right game your chance of ONS will be OKish. Downgrade cocky Anglo game a bit when you're here; just be a cool guy with stories and a good vibe. As soon as you isolate a girl you can escalate quite well, just bear in mind that #MeToo is still in full swing in more liberal parts of the city. People in Stockholm don't want to admit it, but most of them are still a little starstruck with Americans and Brits, so you will probably have a little exotic edge.

Like anywhere else, when you visit these cities: Know how to dress. People dress well in Stockholm particularly, but you will stand out if you know how to choose clothes with the right fit. An understated, minimalistic look is what have and always will work in the northern latitudes.

Regarding nightlife, I haven't visited the only true night spot in Stockholm called Stureplan (a small plaza with a few high-end clubs), but I remember really liking a bar called Grand Escalier close to it; was there with a few forum members during the 2016 meet-up craze. There's also a hipster/younger area called Södermalm with a lot of choices if you like students and that type of crowd.

The only general drawback is, that during summer months many natives in Stockholm flee due to the tourist invasion... That is, if your main goal is to score a Swedish flag.

A general recommend is that, if you plan to hit the bars and clubs, buy alcohol in the Swedish spirits store "Systembolaget" and build up a nice buzz before going out. Vastly cheaper than in the nightlife. Apropos that, Oslo is called the Champagne City because buying champagne bottles in the club with your friends is much cheaper than buying individual drinks.

I talk alot about alcohol but you should be aware of the prices before coming to Scandinavia, tourists always get a shock.

PS. If you have the chance to go to Gothenburg the day before it'd be awesome to buy you a beer. You're a great poster around here, and it always easier to give intel 1 on 1. I'm off to Germany on July 20.

Much more to say, these things are off the top of my head. If you have further questions don't hesitate to PM me.

I would pick Oslo. (I can honestly say I`m impartial here, I just think it`s better for girls.) The second best option is in my opinion Gothenburg, and not Stockholm. That`s a good destination in fact.

If you do go to Oslo I would strongly recommend Grunerløkka (Student-hipster area) as the best place for running game. Particularly night game. For day game, an area called Grønland (close to each other) is pretty good. Lots of coffe shops and slutty younger girlsSmile Avoid Aker Brygge/Tjuvholmen and Karl Johan. (main street) All over priced in my opinion. I guess you could combine Both Oslo and G-burg. Only 3-4 hours by bus. I would join you but I`m not in town in that period.

We will stomp to the top with the wind in our teeth.

RE: Oslo or Stockholm
I've been only to Oslo. As the others have mentioned, Oslo is very expensive, more so than Stockholm. The other disadvantage is the fact it's compact, yet too small, in my opinion to run daygame, unless you're happy to cross back and forth the same few streets.

I can't tell anything about Stockholm personally but it's population is bigger. I'm heading there mid July as well for the blue & blonde beauties!

RE: Oslo or Stockholm
In regard to the above it kind of made me sad it took so long for me to visit Oslo just seeing how well received just being fun and social is there.... total opposite of Shitcouver sloughing it out in the trenches for plastic chicks with bolt ons vs natural Scandinavian beauties....

I’m heading over in july

I found Copenhagen a lot easier than both. Oslo and Stockholm have been a waste of time. I would never return.

RE: Oslo or Stockholm
FWIW, I took a very brief (only 3 days) trip to Stockholm some years ago. Didn't pipeline and didn't game at all, I was just there to do touristy shit. Can't say I was especially impressed with the city, and the one night (it was a Friday) I went to their downtown nightlife district (IIRC it's called Stureplan or something like that) it was just alright, nothing to write home about regarding the women.

I don't get the hype Sweden gets on this forum, there's almost certainly much better options in Europe if gaming is at the forefront of your mind.

I have booked my flight to Stockholm 11th July, planning to stay for around a week.

I think a couple of you gents have been positive, or even decided, about coming in July to Stockholm too?

Bumping it up out of interest if anyone decided to go to Stockholm?

What Vienna said. Stockholm.

Oslo is more expensive and from what I've seen girl quality is inferior.
Stockholm is also much nicer as a city.

RE: Oslo or Stockholm
I finally decided.

Stockholm it is. I'll be there August 18 - Aug 24. I'll be doing some EE cities after that which I'll probably post in the travel forum once I decide which.

In the meantime, if anyone is going to be there and wants to grab a beer/coffee/pickled herring, etc. then hit me up.

Do not go to Grønland to daygame. I dont know why you recommend that. Even if you`re trying to get arab or african pussy there are better places to go.
Grunerløkka, centrum, Aker Brygge and Majorstua will work for daygame.
