Hey, I been test driving tinder in Ukraine and so far I've been getting some pretty attractive matches. The only issue I've encountered is that nearly all the girls have very limited English. Of course I don't speak Ukrainian or Russian.

The language difficulties does make it harder to have a good back-and-forth and get a good conversation going. I do try to keep the conversation simple but it just hard to do normal rapport things like joke around or tease or any of the things I can normally do with girls who speak English.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions with tinder and chatting with girls with beginner level English? What topics or conversational techniques are engaging and fun, yet simple enough that it doesn't get bogged down?

No need to chat so much. After 2-3 Messages go for logistics: do they want to meet? Digits? Then per SMS: where and when?
You’ll find out on the date if their English is good enough to have a conversation. But if they want to meet they probably feel confident enough about their English.
Conclusion: filter, filter, filter!

Yes that would be preferable to get off the app ASAP and onto a date. But normally trying to do so so quickly in the United States can come off as overeager and makes girls wary. Don't know if it would be an issue with girls in Ukraine.

I found on my recent trip to Russia that the local girls were pretty quick to agree to meet, quicker than on tinder in the West. But you can experiment for yourself...
