I did that one time from a Craigslist hookup back in the day. Met this couple at a Houlihans had a drink, she went to the bathroom, husband told me she's an interior designer, tell her I wanna go back and see her house. Things went down basically exactly as you described, he sat in a chair in the corner, me and her did our thing. Surprisingly wasn't as wierd as you'd think, although after I was finished and the horniness went away I was ready to get out of there. That couple hit me up a few times after that but wasn't really my cup of tea. Definitely a good story to tell. I'm all about collecting experiences you only live once.
