I feel like I'm observing a movie and im always intruding into others who are living their own script. I dont fit a niche the way normal people do. Its like the Truman show or a video game to me. I dont feel part of it. A disconnect. A vague or missing identity. Ive been told many times I'm very hard to read. Like I'm not there heh.

Then why not just form some identity around something you like? Most people have an identity they didn't ask for and can't ever shuck it off.

I like to think I'm easy to read if the other person is on my level. People whining about others being hard to read are usually women, employers or insecure dudes.
