It feels to me like there are a sizable number of people on this forum that have a pessimistic view about life after college and kind of look at those years as the cream of the crop when it comes to social life and women. Despite having gone to a decent party school, things got a lot better for me with women and social life after college but my college experience was loaded with depression and stress. I went through all of college feeling like a social misfit.

For sure, I know I missed out on something big so I made it a goal in my years after college to improve and do better in life.

One great thing I did come to realize is that people don't get married right after college like they used to, especially not in big cities.

The whole belief was that after college, everyone gets married and has kids but I did not find that to be true at all. I found that a lot of college kids move to big cities in their 20s and still try to have fun on the weekends. Some neighborhoods in major cities are designed specifically for kids right out of college who do not want to get married and start a family, found these to be quite the godsend for my social life. I also lived with roommates after college with took my social life to the next level. In some ways it was kind of like college because I had so much in common with these kids.

It might be a new trend too to where you find people up to their late twenties not getting tied down with marriage and kids, the hookup culture is very much alive. In many ways this new culture has made my twenties a lot better than they potentially would have been. Now for life after thirty I do occasionally think about the transitions that need to be made.

At this age, your friends are getting married and having kids. You start to become more of an odd ball out which leads me to asking some questions.

1. Does social circle game go out of the picture for good now that everyone around your age is married?

2. How do you live the player lifestyle given that a lot of the things that come with meeting women (partying, nightlife, dating apps, hedonism in general, etc.) are meant more for the under-30 crowd?

3. Have you found that you are dealing with less quality now given that most good looking women past the age of 30 are married or in a committed relationship?

You gravitate towards people who live similar lifestyles, same views as you. This means building new social circles. Like meeting RVF members or meeting other travelers.

You still keep in contact with your old social circle / catch up and doing the same things you used to do.

I am early 30s, i am really enjoying this period of time because.

- I now understand female nature to a good degree.
- I am more content in myself, i know what i am, and what i am not, I know where i am most respected and where i am overlooked, and i position myself and deal with women in those perimeters.
- I have had so many hot women that i now no longer need to thirst.
- If you have a 7.5+, its just your turn. When they bounce i have zero fucks to give, there are an abundance of 7.5+ in the world, this knowledge helps my frame. In my early 20s i had a scarcity mindset for hot women
- I am more focused and more patient in wealth building
- I can screen women better and avoid attractive women who are liabilities, selfish.
- I have seen cycles of women come in and out of the game, i understand they are depreciating assets. I know that these women will be easy game in 5-10 years if i still want them.
- I am way more travelled and have access to beautiful women abroad.
- The path my friends i grew up with are on is very different to mine. They have chosen to marry and have kids with women that are a few points below them, but due to it being in London thats par for the course, Men date 1 or 2 levels below on average. I am not interested in dating average looking women. with average figures.
- I know the dynamics at play in my society London very well, through real life experience and observation (18 years in the dating game) this puts me in a great place.

- I am able to find hidden gems through my tried and tested methods.
- I travel 4 times a year to p*ssy paradises
- I have ZERO interest in LTR with women my age (early 30s), they are past there best.
- I have very little interest in a LTR with a women from London
- When i was younger i didnt screen women correctly, and i didnt frame properly. When it comes to managing finances and selecting/managing women, experience is the greatest teacher. I feel very much like a general team manager now, i scout a lot of potentials and only pick the females that i know are passive/listen to instructions/ will be an asset to the team, and will follow my tactical system. They must have a good body and be passive in nature. If i spot signs of non passiveness, i next them. I pay attention to stuff like, their family structure, where they live, their social circle, upbringing. I am not just clouded by looks any longer. I am noticing patterns, girls from the big city ego's are overly inflated (over priced SMV like the house prices) in comparison to girls from smaller towns. I have now set up a process to focus solely on getting gems from the smaller towns, which is working great so far. They have way lower expectations then the big city, and are sweeter in nature on average. My screening working a charm right now.

So overall its a good time, i am way more awoke about dating and relationships. I know what i want which is 3-4 casual no strings relationships in London, and to make money and travel a lot. I plan to do that and maybe have kids in my 40s.

In my 20s i was chasing to much to smash/LTR with london 8s, waste of time and resources.

In terms of getting older, us guys have long shelf lives, but you just adapt your game a bit.

No, because i travel and create new friends/Circles who have more similar interests to me at that time, i dont care for TRUE Deep friendship, aslong as we can talk and share a beer, we are guys for god sake. Great post. I'm in my early 30's as well. The big difference is that social circle is always in flux now. People are in and out of marriage/LTRs. I agree, choosing friends is more about strategy and common interests then having a deep connection, which is for women. If you choose red pill friends, which are the only reliable friends then you will tend to develop good friendships anyways.

I've noticed I've become more outgoing and adventurous as I got older. When I was in my 20s I would only drink either Friday or sarurday, never back to back. Now in my 30s I drink Fri, sat, and sunday. I also started doing coke in my 30s and unkowingly snorted meth once (thought it was coke)

Overall great post and I liked it for sure but my question is, how do you find groups of people around your age who haven't given into society's standards for marriage and kids?

I feel like that is what worries me most. Like when you were younger in high school or so, everyone was single and wanted to live life while you get to your 30s, everyone wants to get married and have kids so you are kind of the odd one out. Then again with the way society is changing, crossing my fingers hoping we have more Dan Bilzerians running around.

great post, I think the majority of the thoughts are pretty much the same, you are the company you keep, if I hang out with married people I will just hang out with them and not approach women, however if I am with my friend that does approaches, we will approach like crazy. Lifestyle.

I feel like that is what worries me most. Like when you were younger in high school or so, everyone was single and wanted to live life while you get to your 30s, everyone wants to get married and have kids so you are kind of the odd one out. Good question. You definitely feel that something has changed once you hit the 30s. True, most of your friends would have moved on by then or in LTRs. But you can still meet up with them but the days of wild partying wont be there as much. And I think forming lasting friendships also become tougher. Its mostly your childhood friends, professional networks and those you meet during your hobbies like sports. Hang out more with guys who have more in common with their outlook of life, there might not be many but thats why this forum exists. Travel solo as much as you can before you hit the late 30s. I think the early 30s is a good time to venture out into medium term relationships with women who you might meet during your travels/elsewhere as now you know what you want in a woman and kind of test if you can live with that for a while. Obviously, SNLs are still very possible because now you understand women a whole lot better but sometimes its allure wears off after dealing with too many shallow women who are fixed to their phone and social circles with nothing intellectual to share.

I don't see that much of a benefit of hanging out with married guys as much. Even the ones I know in their 20s are a pain in the ass to talk to, they are bordering on toxic.

With the way society is going, I think that a bachelor in his 30s won't be too rare, what do you say?
