That full communism picture is actually really accurate when you think about it, since it's clear that the setting is in Washington DC.

Under full communism I have no doubt whatsoever that the immediate lands of the global politburo would indeed be sparkling technological wonders.

Meanwhile the other 99.99% of the world would be living in mud and eating their own shit to get by.
