Hello everyone, I am pretty new here, spent most of my time reading but didn't post much, if at all. Anyhow, I need help picking out a place to go on holiday. I'll try to make my story as short and concise as possible. Here we go.

I am 24 years old, and I am currently looking for a place to go on holiday for 10 nights at the end of June. Pretty much I want the place to fill the following criteria, however, I am not interested in going to places like Magaluf, Ibiza, Santa Ponsa etc.

I want to go somewhere in Western Europe that is:
-very warm in the summer months
-is beside the sea/ocean and has many beaches
-has a very active nightlife
-tourist friendly
-loads of females to make friends with
-cheap alcohol and others

I haven't really been to many places other than Spain and Greece and would really like to go somewhere like Spain, Portugal, France or Italy, but without many people from the UK & Ireland being there as I want time away from them (from Ireland myself.)

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated!

Can someone shed some light on why mostly Brits and Irish do this? Go somewhere specifically to get drunk and have a "lads holiday", in a self contained tourist ghetto completely devoid of anything resembling the actual country you are in?

OP said he doesn't want Magaluf, Ibiza, Santa Ponsa etc, but any place in Western Europe with those requested attributes will be exactly the same as those just a different name.

Think about what you are saying man. There is no hidden Western Europe location that has loads of females, cheap booze, on a beach etc that isn't loaded with your drunken compatriots. You are describing the same ol hellholes.

Just a distasteful aspect of Irish bro culture. Better they are self-contained in ghettoised shithole resorts.

OP i'm gonna ignore purposely parts of your original post.

Gdansk, Poland. You're free to google it, i myself have never been in summer, but it is a good place to be (and the areas surrounding it). There are a bunch of beaches, it is cheap, I don't think it's overplayed at all with tourists (granted, i visited in the middle of winter, but all the tourists stick to Warsaw or Krakow).

edit: poland is decently cheap, and the women are beautiful. And it should be warm in the summer.

Yes, all the forum members that I've talked to that are Croatian tell me it's great in summer (maybe a bit crowded too). And not just Croatians, my Serbian friends say that it's great too.

I don't want to go somewhere that is filled with Irish and Brits because I live in Ireland, but I am not Irish or British, and I would really like a holiday somewhere that is not filled with people that I have to endure every day of my life. And places that I've mentioned are filled with them.

I went to Greece last summer and it was really nice, loads of nightlife, many sights and places to visit, sunny and warm and very very little Irish and Brits. I'm not specifically looking to go abroad and get drunk every single night.

No the brits will fuck up anything good. I am a Brit and probably a ‘lad’ and can testify this. They actually would do well with the local women anywhere, but they get too drunk and just fuck it up at every stage including in the bedroom. Let them wallow in their tourist ghetto shit holes and fuck their obese female counterparts. I suspect the u.k water supply is turning even the ‘straighest’ lads bi sexual anyway.
