I'd say your odds of a high paying job doing anything anywhere in the world are very, very low.

US oil field jobs have been discussed on the forum. If you can't locate that by yourself in the comfort of your climate controlled home using a website with multiple search features available, how are you going to be able to locate the new drilling site your supervisor sends you to in the mid-day Texas heat with nothing more a mapbook and a series of unmarked gravel roads to get you there?

Maybe you think GPS will be your friend, but as of yet, you haven't demonstrated a reliable familiarity with technology.

I understand finding a job is tough after Frodo through the ring into Mt Doom and destroyed Sauron's military-industrial complex, but unfortunately nazgul, the US doesn't have reciprocated work visa arrangements with Mordor.
