I've personally gotten to know one crazy activist myself. She got involved with an organization that I was also involved with. When I started out with this organization, it was basically non-political. She and some others succeeded in turning it an organization promoting their Social-Vengeance-Warrior agenda.

She admitted once that she was going to kill herself before she found it. I almost wish she had sometimes. Not to mention, her father was a police officer.
