Sometimes you play a joke on a lizard and she says "fuck you" not in the I hate you way but rather in the positive, hitting your arm kind of way.

This kind of fuck you is a sign you're doing it right because it's playful not malevolent. What reply would you reccommend in order to keep everything going on smoothly?
