If it makes you feel better I took a shot from a paintball gun at point blank in the nuts when I was a teenager. My nuts had a humongous bruise on them and I cried like a baby when it happened.

I figured forever that kids wouldn't be in my future after that. Nevermind other stupid things I've done like get a535 on my balls. Now I've got a baby on the way.

I'd just go see a doctor and lay off jerking off for a couple months. I've had all kinds of weight lifting pains over the years and usually laying off the gym for a couple months made it go away. (Back and forearm related)

I was under that impression, too. However, a skin wound not fully healing after nearly three months isn't normal. The burning sensation seems like a nerve issue.

Appreciate the tip about the urologist. Wasn't sure if that's how I should proceed up the medical ladder or not.

Finding a medical professional that does something other than prescribing pills and surgery in 2018 is harder said than done.

I've gone to a medical professional once for this issue and have another appointment next week, but a few of the tips shared in this thread have been exceptionally useful and have helped more than my initial visit with said medical professional.

I can also vouch for Desitin. I used it with good results once before when I got dick burn and still use it whenever I'm feeling a little roughed up after a fuck session. It's also pretty useful for general chafing on your thighs if that's ever a problem.

Doctors know very little about yeast imbalances and candida, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't research it.
