On top of that I would like to add that once you left her behind you, you should never getting in contact with her again. It won't work. Getting in touch with exes is like playing with a dead dog.

If you ever feel the need to 'think / analyze' your way into how this girl must really totally like you, which explains _____ weird behavior, you're probably wrong.

It's not about analyzing why she's in to you, it's analyzing the sudden withdrawal. Girls aren't known to be the most direct creatures and will hide emotions and save face.

You are missing the point. A girl who's truly interested is typically not a girl acting ambiguous about that fact.

What if she gets back in touch with you? But with a very platonic message (“let’s grab a coffee when you’re next in the area”)

Hello gents,

I thought I'd post a quick update to this situation: it appears the majority of you read the situation correctly. Having received that message from the girl, I followed up about two weeks later with a casual "how's things?" type message and then suggested we hang out that weekend. She replied with some reason not to do that and reiterated the previous sentiment ("I'm confused, sorry, speak soon").

Naturally I have not contacted her since then, nor will I. There was a period of time where I was considering it (during a 6 week dry spell - final exams Confused), but this has long since passed, now that I have found a hotter girl Amuse.

I mention this latter point in that it highlights a weakness in my personal game that I have been complacent in for a while: my pipelining is weak, which really shouldn't be the case in a city like London. I think that will be something to work on over the course of 2018.

Anyway, thank you all for your collective wisdom.
