I'm wondering how to proceed with women who are from 18-21 years old. If they come over and they want booze etc. what are the legal ramifications if they drink and we have sex etc and they are batshit crazy or have buyers remorse etc? Is my best bet to record these encounters on video to cover my ass? Or just don't let them drink, that seems like a sexual buzz kill for them.

Extremely bad idea...

In the worst case you get giving alcohol to a minor PLUS a false rape charge accusation. How the hell do you think it's gonna look in court? It would be considered violent rape at best.

Filming/taping might not save your ass. Depending on your state the judge might refuse to accept such evidence if filmed without consent.

Just hit on girls who aren't alcoholic and at worst you only get slap with a false rape charge, which can be easily deflected with some planning.

Pussy aint worth picking up a bar soap for several years. Why do guys still do it?

Very, very bad idea.

You'll look like a total predator in court if things go wrong. You brought a delicate little 18 year old flower back to your place, got her drunk illegally, and taped the whole affair.

You're doing time, buddy.

Unless you're in that age bracket, I would just avoid gaming girls under 21.

Smoke weed with then instead of alcohol. Anyway if they like you they won't need alcohol, especially if they have already come home with you.

Girls that are 18-21 are naive and very impressionable. Take this from a 22 year old. Show them a good time and make them laugh, and you don't need to get any alcohol into them, and they will sleep with you. If they ask for booze, answer:

"Sure baby, no problem. Let me make you a drink"

Bring her back water, or root beer then tease her about it.

Booze should NEVER be a crutch to you laying women. That's a dangerous road to go down.

I playfully text them that I have milk and cookies for them since they are not 21. It emphasizes the disparity in age and puts them in a qualification mode. The beauty of it is that the paper trail shows that I clearly communicated that they should not expect alcohol from me.

Anything more than drinks is counterproductive anyway.

I had one girl come over and I served her a virgin fruit juice cocktail. I mixed it up in a drink shaker with ice and poured it out in a martini glass. Equal parts orange juice, cranberry, and pineapple juice. If you want it with alcohol for yourself, add a shot or two of vodka.

I agree with what everyone else has already stated here. Its a very bad idea to get them drunk; even a drink or two has the potential to get you in some serious trouble. If this girl gets drunk, drives home or gets in some trouble afterwards, the police are going to go after you big time for contributing to the delinquency of a minor as far as the legal drinking age is concerned. If she's not old enough to drink legally, then don't give her any booze. Better yet, don't use any booze in this case. The potential for trouble is too high.

Alcohol with under-21's is unnecessary and a legal liability in the U.S.

Don't worry about it though, girls this age are the easiest to game. Especially the sorority girl types that will bang anything with a pulse.
