It passed almost unnoticed in the fake MSM of the death of an icon of journalism, Robert Parry. For those of us who remember, Parry was the award winning journalist who broke open the Iran-Contra affair and exposed the CIA's cocaine trafficking and money laundering that was used to finance the Contras for the AP and Newsweek.

In late December last year, Parry suffered a stroke which he attributed to the stress from dealing with being smeared as a "Kremlin Agent" by the liberal MSM.

Parry's piece from 31st December proved to be his final piece before he passed away on Saturday night. In this article he spells out his position on many of the pressing matters of today. It's a must read.

In an age where modern journos are merely stenographers for the corporate media, Robert Parry's passing is a huge blow to investigative journalism.

Thanks for sharing this. I read about him on Wikipedia. I had no idea he had accomplished so much. Journalism has truly declined since his prime. Ultimately, there was a time when journalists were just obsessed with the truth.
