Eating yogurt regularly, drinking lots of tea (especially lemon tea), water and washing (but not douching) the genital area with a mild soap regularly does wonders. However, none of those will work fast enough to save your date.

Easy with antibiotics. you should tell the girl to get checked out. often they cant smell it themselves.

Pretty much all high notch count and sexually indiscriminate women are going to have BV. It's the cost of doing business, for you and for her, some would say. I'd add that it's nature's way of letting you know who you are dealing with. As I understand it, antibiotics help clear up the issue, but if she continues getting plowed by dudes with "unclean" penises and is not taking care to keep herself clean, the antibiotics lose their effectiveness.

My ex had this for months. The other dude said they can't smell it and it's true, they don't notice that shit. Anyways I couldn't fuck my ex for months but I didn't want to hurt her feelings and tell her her pussy stank (that woulda hurt her feelings less then me not being able to get a hard on). I spent a night with a woman who had this, that was a big turn off, couldn’t touch her anymore after the first bang (to be fair it took me by surprise the first time, I used loads of coconut oil to try to cover the smell).
Afterwards I discussed this with a friend, apparently it’s a disease that gets treated quickly with antibiotics. I wish I knew that earlier, the chick was sexy and I never saw her again because of that smell.
