I was supposed to catch up with a girl I met at a bar a few weekends ago Friday before I went out of town, however she flaked because she was sick. We reschedule for tomm (Tues) and this morning, she sends a Merry Christmas text, followed by reschedule #2 for this Friday, as she is still not feeling well (supposedly had the flu), and will be off on Friday so has more time.

I haven't replied yet, as I don't like having plans changed on me once, let alone twice. She is a solid 7/8, which may tie into her flakiness about life in general, as what I know about her she hasn't lived a challenging life, and is currently a dental asst.

I think your policy should be "two strikes and then she has to make all the effort".

A way to weed out the disinterested and time wasters from the genuine, and more importantly to retain frame in a multi flake scenario is as follows:

Tell her to let you know when she can come to your place to make you dinner "to make up for all these flakes". No risk, potential reward.

Or she can buy you dinner at a place very close to your place.

The idea is she has to "make it up to you" and you minimise your risk is she flakes again, and also you can test if she is a nice person who feels bad about letting someone important down.

Depends on what you’re looking for. If it’s just sex I would keep pinging her until you fuck. Let go of any ego and hopefully she’ll be free when you ping.

I usually text “any free time?” Around 4-5pm when girls are ready to leave work rather than make preplanned dates. But it helps if you set your frame up as a busy high value guy that doesn’t want to make dates bc worthless chicks get scared and flake on him. And you’re way over that bullshit. Yes you text that to her initially then keep pinging for a week or two before giving up.

ratinthewoods hit the nail on the head... but i'd go to one flake and the the burden is on her. There are way too many chicks to let them pull that crap.. it will lead to worse habbits if you let it fly. in most relationships really, once you let people shit on you they will keep doing it.
