Again, I'm not stating that muscular men will have a harder time with women. I'm just stating the rationalization that goes on in their heads when they picked the thinner guy in the survey. Of course what women say and do are different things, I'm not disputing that, which is why I'm not trying to trim down. If anyone has another explanation why they picked the thinner guy, I'd love to hear it.

I would also add that to the people who think that they can't get into good shape after 25 without steroids thats complete bullshit. If you go to the gym regularly and most importantly eat healthy, its really not that hard. Most guys just don't have the work ethic to go often enough and most importantly don't eat healthy.

I can understand if you're talking about some obese slob, but what about those who are currently working towards their body looking good? I'd like to think I'm decently knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition and exercise. I am slightly overweight, but have lost 30lbs (only 15 more to go) in 4 months so I'm more of a work in progress than the ideal, but my opinions and knowledge should still be able to be considered based on the results I have gotten.

I was most struck by the hair preferences - only 8% like long hair. I would have guessed something like 20%. I also would have guessed that a majority would like a smoothly shaven face, but it's 29%. I always do a nice close shave if I'm trying to look fresh to death, but apparently I shouldn't.

Funny, I just clean shaved and I looked fucking dreadful (and thirteen) Facial hair is always a case by case thing, some guys look like pedophiles while others look like the Dos Equis guy.

How many sane guys have you ever said "Oh, I don't like her, I don't like those C-cups, I prefer A cups"?

A muscular male is associated with security and protection on a biological level from lizards. Yes, you can get puzzy with money, cars and boats and rah rah rah but those are material objects that are respected and taught on a social level.

If we are all trapped on some wild ass island and you have one cat that is flush with paper and another cat that's built like Brock Lesnar, what would our natural instinct tell us to side with?

Having a muscular body decreases the amount of game needed for lizards. I can attest to that personally, my friends can attest to that.

I have a friend that used to be chubby. Fat face, big gut, the works.

His face was cool but reptiles weren't really feeling the fat boy look too tuff. He would get his lizards but these would be here and there. A fat one here, a crazy one here etc. Pity fcuks and so on. This was in London UK and they are less lenient of fat folk there in my experience.

Fast forward one year. We started working out, he started trimming down, eating healthier and gaining more lean muscle (which burns fat during sedentary periods).

He started looking better, his posture improved and so on. Lizards began noticing him more (I was observing them carefully). We had female friends that now were expressing interest in going further with him.

We were always clubbing and he was starting to pull quality muff.

My point is, working out helps in gaming in this sense. Having and showing a muscular body helps with the attraction and piquing process of gaming.

In gaming, you have to pique a lizard's interest sexually and make her fantasise about you in a sexual sense.
Having and showcasing a muscular body will attract the lizard's interest. You will see it in her eyes and her glances.

A lizard cannot help looking at a good body, the same way a man cannot help admiring a good looking body. A good looking body will actually compensate to some degree for a bruck down face.
A guy could look like Tommy Lee Jones but if his body is right, a lizard will fcuk him just for the body.
It's the same way many men (including myself) will fcuk a lizard who has a great body and an ok or sub ok face.

but if you follow the framework, you've taken care of the physical aesthetics portion. Serge Nubret still exists (barely) within the parameters of a great physique.

I don't see the point of the while fat/skinny discussion. Everyone in his right mind knows that girls prefer a lean muscular guy over a fat slob or a super skinny guy.

If two guys have exactly the same set of game skills, girls will prefer a lean musclar guy over a chubby or skinny guy.

I cant wait to hit the gym 4 times a week and have some good food when i go back home. No more shitty food, no more 5 hour a night sleep in hostels and getting back great shape.

No, this thread is about what physique makes it easiest to bang lots of attractive women. The goal of the forum is to share advice on how to seduce attractive women. That's what is unique about this forum, and that's why I come here. I don't care about some anonymous dude's personal opinions or desires. I come here to answer the question what can I do to bang more hotties? Physique is very important; it's one of the elements of the game most under your control, so it makes sense to get it right.

For some reason, some guys are offended by the notion that being big helps. It's like an ego defense mechanism: they aren't big, and that's basically a choice, so they feel compelled to justify that choice, regardless of whether it's the right one or not. It reminds me of those girls who hate on sororities the most - they were on the fence about joining one, and for whatever reason didn't. In order to justify that choice, they nurture resentment towards sororities.

I'm not huge. I just think being reasonably big drug-free is the most effective. And you can be big and lean, an idea which eludes many here apparently. If you don't want to be big, that's your decision. But just because you get laid, and you're not big, it doesn't mean that other guys won't benefit by putting on some muscle.

For those of us who aren't going to spend 30 hours a week on bodybuilding, it's best to focus on what girls can see when you're clothed.

This means arms and shoulders, and just generally being slim and having good posture. You don't need to have a single-digit BMI.

How about just fitness in general? I see so many guys in the gym that are overall in Okay shape, at best, who focus fire on things like arms and shoulders, when doing total body stuff (deads, squats, pull-ups) would benefit them so much more.

Most guys also ignore their legs. I see so many guys with big arms and chests but they've got tiny little calves and scrawny quads. Even if chicks dont check out legs, and you dont really need strong legs in your every day life, its very easily developed muscle mass. Increasing your over all muscle mass increases your standing calorie burn, which means you can get a little more leeway in your diet, very important as we go into winter, a time when most people gain weight.

I should have clarified. I do 5x5, and so I'm a big proponent of the idea that you work the whole body at one time (like you said, with squats, dead, bench, pull-ups, rows). Focusing on legs is great (squats, leg lifts) because it's that much more lean muscle in your body that's helping you burn fat, even if no one sees the muscles.

My real point is that six-packs are overrated because 90% of the time girls won't see them until you're already undressing, and at that point as long as you don't have six nipples down there, you're probably fine. Don't have a gut though, obviously.

Concentrate on looking good in clothes, not on 5% BMI and hyper ab definition (IMO). A program like 5x5 is great for what matters.

I think personal preference effects your drive to work out more than anything. Personally I want to gain some size still, especially in my arms, this is lead me to adding an additional gym day during the week to hit those spots that I want to improve. My preference to the way I want to look helped drive me forward.

I agree, I think this is much closer to the look most women would be into. Not super huge, but still muscular and cut. I think this would appeal to the widest range of females.

Note the forearms. Alot of women pay very close attention to a guy with good, strong looking forearms. Calf muscles too.

yeah you can you just haven't been dedicated to it. Every skinny dude says they can't put weight on, just like a lot of fat guys say they got screwed with a slow metabolism and they cant keep weight off. Then when you break down their diets it's all crystal clear why ones not gaining and one can't stop gaining. One of my buddies used to say the same thing, eat all day can't put on a pound, found alcohol now he's got a beer gut, he could put on the weight he just was never putting in the cals to get his weight up, now he got it up the bad way but if he adjusted and took those cals in as healthy cals it'd look different on him.

I increased my bench press from 180 to 285 in 2 years, and I dont spend more than an hour at the gym at a time. I was 23 when my bench was 180, I'm 25 now. You need a minimum of 100 grams of protein a day, if you really want to gain quickly you should have 1 gram of protein per 1 gram of body mass (in pounds). You need to do squats and deadlifts in addition to your upper body workout, or you just won't gain as quickly. Also, be aware that as you gain weight, you can't just gain muscle weight and nothing else unless your on steroids or have a ridiculous amount of time on your hands to train. You will gain a little fat. I try to gain weight in the winter time, and in april start cutting, by may I'm in good beach shape, by June in great beach shape.
