Seems pretty clear to me. Age of consent is 18.

Do yourself a favor and find a girl 18 or older.

There are some weird ambiguities in 13-17, but that's a statutory rape situation waiting to happen.

Ask yourself this: if the same ambiguities apply from 13-17, then would you be okay having sex with a 13 year old? Dude... Find another girl.

They say to start in English to magnify your exotic factor as a foreigner and because you will obviously have more command of the language and so is easier on you. There is no reason why you couldn't switch over later to Spanish if her English level is low. It would allow you to carry the conversation further and would probably add more value in her eyes at that point. In Roosh's book about Argentina, he said this is the way to go in Argentina. I would recommend reading that book.

Finally, if you speak to them in English and they don't understand, you could always just then open them in Spanish.

Actually, things are trickier.

Anyone under 18 years old is a minor. The thing is, the age of consent is 13 (Ttile III, art. 119, ferom the National Penal Code). So, you configure the penal type of rape is the victim is under 13 years old, or you use force, cohersion, etc.

In art. 120 you have a similar situation with kids of less than 16 years old. You have a lot of aggravating circumstances (more than one people, family relations, etc).

And then you have article 125, when they talk when some "corrupt" a minor. Basically, its a penal type that enguld any sexual activity that can damage the developing and maturing of the psicosexual development of the minor. The thing is, a lot of thing can get into this penal type (anal sex for example, or BDSM, even light BDSM).

Technically, if you are older than 18 years old you can fuck with a 17 years old girl, but personally i would not risk it.

That's pretty much what I was trying to say... I read the laws and they were muddled. Just easier to find a girl 18 or over.

Having sex with girls that are under 18 isn't supposed to be discused on RVF, even if it is legal in the country you are in.
