Anybody tried this?

I went to a new tanning salon and they offered it for free.

Apparently it's good for gains, anti-aging, acne, joints, stress, stretch marks, etc.

Didn't watch the video but I've begun studying far infrared therapy and am using an IR mat with nearly uniform 5 star ratings. Some good science behind it. Definitely agree with relaxation and pain relief. Trainers have used IR saunas for a while to speed recovery times.

Combined with bright light therapy per Lizard of Oz and getting correct amounts of UV to stimulateby your body's supercharged vitamin D, you've got the visible spectrum covered!

Looks pretty interesting, the price of what he is using on the video is about 1,000$ need to do more research to see if it is worth it. They are offering it for free to you, so I would say do it and report back.

I have a red light combo bodylight from Redlightman (Google it) and haven't noticed anything too profound since using it, to be honest. I think getting out in the daylight is way more important and powerful.

You spent $1000 for that? When all you need are four infra red bulbs which cost $15 each.

I think however what works best is infra red saunas and not just the light. It is also somewhat easy to build or buy on amazon for about $350. You sweat while the infrared light penetrates in your body. You will see results more soon this way.

I am also learning but there is a lot of positive reviews and research and almost none are negative.

Which mat are you using?

I would also like to know this. BioMat is the top brand but costs over $2K.

I've tried 810-830nm lights around my head. Seems to help with sleep.
