I don't think the short girl is a dwarf because her limbs are not all stumpy and she seems to not be dwarf size compared to the stall door behind her. I think she is just short. I'd choose her because the giant girl is really a giant and is towering over the stall. For some reason, it's weird when a girl is taller than me. That said, neither of them are my type.
