I am considering another possibility here. Someone in his entourage actually did rape her. She is accusing him because she wanted to get close to him. Is there a rape kit? How long between the alleged rape and the accusation?

There is something else I am realizing about 20-something women nowadays. Some of them started getting drugged before puberty. They are put on meds, and this fucks their minds up in their formative years. The result is that these women end up being totally screwed up as adults.

Nelly has been having money issues which is why he is back in the public world doing tours as a means to boost up his income as he lost a ton of money in shitty investments, and if I recall, with bad child support arrangements.

Nelly will take a hit public ally for this but his core demographic grew up in a age before all this hysteria and may forget it all of he comes off clean from this.

Overall, rape actuations are bs, to me, if a dude is brazen enough to actually rape a woman, there isn't some part time effort in mix, he will attempt to follow through with it and do the crime.

We'll see if the woman has a case against Nelly, as bullshit as it looks. Girls today will let a guy get them totally naked in private but then say no sex. Has happened to me many times, I am sure in many of these cases had I pushed the issue to much I could have faced a rape charge myself. The information is out there, though I suggest you don't go looking for it. I missed an important detail: he was never charged with anything by the cops. Good thing the cops in just about every part of the country are conservative and know women lie.

Since he hasn't been charged, there is still a chance the cops throw the charges out. That's definitely the best route for Nelly since the courts will be extremely hostile.

I know this seems counter intuitive but in a "he said, she said" rape case it is best to have as many women as possible in the jury for the male defendant- Prosecutors will try to get as many men on the jury as possible. When I learned this in law school I was perplexed why, and my professor told me that women are far less sympathetic to women- especially when the case involves alcohol,going somewhere private late at night, previous sexual encounters with the defendant and inconsistent details. Male jurors on the other hand (keeping in mind the average male has only slept with 5 women in his lifetime) are more sympathetic to women and often feel the need to be protective toward women and are more likely to believe whatever she says .

More importantly, all you need to do to get your client exonerated is fill the jury with women who are less pretty than the complainant.
