I spend allot of time in SE Asia sleeping with many women in different countries for years now where I've found a 23 y/o traditional country girl from Indonesia that was a virgin before she met me. She is marriage material where I find it hard to stop seeing other women behind her back! It's so easy to get laid in SE Asia and I don't know if I can just focus on her! She wants something serious and so do I from her now that I'm nearly 40 and wouldn't mind having some kids.

Is it possible for a player to just focus on one woman? If I continue seeing other women, I believe she will find out sooner or later which will destroy the relationship!

The desire to bang other girls never goes away. It's part of life. If you've found the right girl she'll understand that you like to have a look at other girls when you're walking down the street.

Don't see the problem.

Look at it this way - if she brings enough value to your life (at the expense of "Player" life style) then YES.
Weigh your options, both logically and emotionally. Then decide.

Stop being a player as in stop having sex with other women, it's totally doable. But you can never stop playing the game, in fact it gets more complicated since you're in it for the long haul.

Focus your love, attention, affection...on one woman? Absolutely. I think that as we get older we kind of need to have that personal moment of introspection where we're honest about what we get from certain interactions. If sex with random broads is your jam, then you'll never be able to settle down sexually. That doesn't mean that you can't be a great husband and father it simply means you need to find a woman who understands your sex drive and desires. If you simply like the attention or experience of being around other women then stay married, fuck your wife but flirt your ass off. Again just make sure you are open with your wife about what you're doing an why. FWIW, there are a lot of countries were husbands have girlfriends. They don't fuck them they just go out with them. Many wives are fine with it because the husband provides financially, the kids come first and some women once married loose a desire to go out frequently or would just rather be home with the kids.

Long story short it's important to be honest with yourself about what you want and find a woman who can accept that. If you do then yes you can settle down for the long run and still be fulfilled. If you're not honest you'll like end up miserable, divorced or both.
