WB, but what's with people in Mexico and decapitating people? It seems to me that the cartel techniques have rubbed off to local criminals who are applying those same tactics. Every time I hear of a murder story in Mexico, it results in a kidnapping and decapitation where remains are put in bags and thrown into a river somewhere.
