It is true I dont really go for blondes but, having said that, the best looking woman I met in Sweden was blonde (the portuguese chick).

Another comment I should make about logistics / accomodation. Somebody mentioned that the metro closes around 12:30-1am.

It should be pointed out that on Fri and Sat night it runs all night. On other nights, the buses run all night so you can take those.

I stayed in Husby which is far out of the centre and did not have a problem.

Out of curiousity if the average Stockholm/Swedish girl is so low in people's opinion. What city or Country would you say has better girls?

I respect Vicious opinion because he lives there, despite that I get the feeling he like most Swedish guys I have met would not be in a hurry to move away from there. I on the other hand have no desire to move back to my native UK or spend the next remaining years in Canada.

The girl GBaller posted are pretty damn cute in my opinion, I think most guys on this forum would be overjoyed if they scored with ANY of them.

I spent alot of time in Stockholm about 5 years ago. Like any city there will be a fair share of talent, and if you happen to like tall blondes with fine asses then you will be bowled over. However, on the whole there is not a lot of talent like I have seen in other European countries. Swedes typically have quite piggy features and are often quite frumpy homely girls.
Having said that some of the best quality girls in London are Swedish. Now Come to think of it... the hottest girl I ever banged was Swedish.

I am just saying on the whole. When a swedish girl is good looking... she is GOOD LOOKING. But in my experience they are few and far between compared to other EE countries where you might find a consistant flow of 7's and 8's.
I only say London because it's a haven for girls from all over Europe, especially Swedes.
Yes London is a joke. I have heard it all before. It's not the easiest place to pull purely down to logistics. But you are a fool if you think this city isnt teeming with hot women.

Exactly Rude. I get that Ukraine may have hotter girls but Sweden is far more accessible and there's no language barrier. Sweden is a comfortable country thats highly developed that I wouldn't' mind spending time in anyways.

London's a joke? are you been serious? For the record I live in London and I'm always at a loss as to the lowly reputation the place has on this forum. Went Camden last night and walking the streets all I saw was hot girls everywhere. London is far from a joke.

Been there 4-5 times and although I've gotten laid every time (British girls are easy), I've never been particularly impressed by the scene or the talent there. The few stunners you see are almost always Eastern European or Scandinavian girls... or like someone else said, tourists.

yeah the same camden, camden highstreet especially. I was taken back aswell cause although camden has decent girls I saw at least a 1.5 increase in the average level of talent even a couple of the guys I was with were a bit surprised. But my point is the reputation UK/London has on this board is exaggerated and undeserved.

I use to live in Camden Town when I first moved to London in 2006, it is great during the day or weekends when the "tourists" come to visit the market (which I believe is the biggest in Europe).
The night scene is an alternative scene, think Amy Winehouse and alternative bands. So if you are into those girls well all the power to you. But again another weak argument.!!!!

Stockholm in comparison kills the London scene by a country mile. All nightclubs in every city always contain superficial people trying to get noticed and act like they are important.

Yeah, my experience in Camden was a bunch of nappy hipster chicks. No thanks. London definitely is a city where you need to know where to go to find your niche. It's huge and has a lot of different scenes and areas. And I do agree, that although it's not the greatest city in terms of nightlife, it's not nearly as bad as this board makes it out to be. I would never complain about going out in London. You can do far worse. So I guess I agree with you. Every opinion on this board has a strange way of becoming exaggerated.

My best nights out in England actually happened in Southampton. Small college town in the south with two big universities right next to each other. Nightlife was rocking 7 nights a week and the quality was surprisingly pretty decent, ratios were good, girls were receptive.

I still want to check out Stockholm. I've always thought Scandi girls were a bit overrated, but I'm having a hard time believing it's as bad as some people on this thread are making it out to be. Stockholm nightlife has a reputation for being stuck-up and "hypergamous," so I imagine if that's not a guy's scene, or not what he's used to then he's going to be strongly biased against it. I felt the same way the first time I went to Miami. My frustration with the glam shit totally tainted my perception of the women there.

Rude, if I had choice Stockholm or Toronto.....it wouldn't even be close bro. The good looking girls here blow Toronto out of the water. It's not even the same species to me. But the average girl here is only just a little better from my eyes. Who care for average anyway, bro.

I live in London and have been to Stockholm many times. I have never been to Brazil but I imagine there are few places that will have my head turning as much as Stockholm. There is an abundance of hot women there. My advice is stay away from the big clubs in Stureplan. Except for a place called West (spelled in Swedish is different I think). That's more of a lounge and I found it very easy to talk to girls there. Also try Södermalm if you go there...a bit more laid back but younger crowd is the tradeoff.

At the loud clubs it is hard to get the attention of women, but I think that goes with the territory. Swedish women are very friendly and I don't really have anything too negative to say about them.

A few of them will be turned off by the whole "foreigner" thing, as I think they are well aware of their reputation in the world. Although that reputation is slightly exaggerated, it is not far from the truth. Poland has some hot women, that are more approachable, but Stockholm definitely has a higher volume of quality. The downside being they are more westernized and you can run into some pretty left-leaning women. My buddy had good success questioning some of those beliefs once he established a good rapport with a girl there and it was working. They aren't as stuck in the mud as some might think.

As for London, the quality has amped up a bit over the past 5 years. Not sure what it is, but there is lots of quality. They don't seem very approachable at first (something about London culture will even turn the most aggressive woman into this mindset), but if you make them comfortable it is very easy to talk to them. Best for daygame if you are good at it...I see a lot more women walking around in the day as opposed to at night. This is largely because venue selection is extremely important in this city at night, and it can be hard even then as Londoners roll in packs. It's extremely rare for me to see 2 women out alone in London...unlike in North America where it's a regular occurrence.

Richie post makes sense considering swedes from a racial point of view tend to have quite often infantilized features, specially the women. Check most of school pictures and most of women , even the slim ones tend to have quite wide/round faces and short noses which are typical climate adaptations to cold, process called borealization. You can find the same in Norwegians and specially among icelandic women. Finnish women are even more extreme and have very often those stocky physiques and very round heads/faces with snub noses with tendence to getting fat quite easily. In continental europe even the blondest people are not going to be that infantilized, on the contrary they are more often than not slender and with sharper features, which I think looks far better than those infantilized looks.

Luckystar - I don't travel to places to scout out the average looking girls, these girls look all the same no matter where you go. I agree the top notch girls were hot and there were a fair amount of them that are approachable for a dude like me. I would love to return there next year with you and see what we could get up too. lol
