I'm a college student and I have a class that ends a particular time. Once the class is over and I'm walking to another part of the campus I always walk past this busty Hispanic chick. We always walk past each other tuesdays and Thursday's. Im not afraid to approach her but usually my anxiety kicks in and I'll freeze up. What would y'all do in this instance when it comes to approaching this chick?

Since you know what time of the day you walk into her, then before in the day approach one or two girls you dont feel particularly attracted, to get rid of the damn approach anxiety. Then, go talk to her confidently, say Hi, introduce yourself, chat a bit, ask her name and chat a bit more. Make her feel comfortable while talking to you, ie talk to her like you would talk to one of your buddies.

Start by sitting next to her in class and asking her about topics related to class. If you are locking up over just saying hi, you need a lower hurdle to jump over to build your courage. What is the source of your anexity? Do you have it in other areas of your life, or just with dealing with girls? Are you lifting weights to build your confidence?

Whatever that is, say it.

It's that simple.

Show up as a man, and leave the bullshit conversation at the door. Women are dying for men who show up and say exactly what they want without hesitation and apology.

Say the honest to goodness truth in as simple of words as possible. Tell her you find her cute and you want her number so the two of you can hang out. You didn't answer my questions regarding your anxiety from my last post.

My fault, when it comes to the anxiety it's only around girls when I'm gonna approach them

Confidence comes from within. Approaching and interacting with girls works best when you have inner confidence. What are you doing about building up YOU, outside of women? Are you lifting weights? Working on your posture if you slouch? Finding supportive male friends who can act as mentors? If you haven't started doing these things, it will be very difficult to overcome approaching women if you don't feel like a confident man on the inside. Are you actively working on the things I've just suggested above? If not, why not?

I have all those things that you listed. I'm lifting weights, I've got a good mentor, and the other thing the posture I've fixed that as well

Excellent. Keep that stuff up. One of the ways I've coached guys who are hesitant to approach women is to have them strike up conversations with women that they ARE NOT interested in. When you don't care about the outcome, it becomes a lot easier to just chat and enjoy the moment. I don't care if you chat with a 40 year old cashier at the grocery store, you're still getting in practice. Small talk, flirting, teasing can all be learned skills. The most important thing to remember that it isn't all or nothing, you learn over time with many different interactions. Join more social groups that force you to engage in more interactions with women, even ones you aren't attracted to. The practice will do you well.

So before I left the building I had to take a mean piss. As I'm walking out the building on my normal path I didn't see her. I was disappointed but I'll see her on Thursday
