This was back when women weren't put on pedestals by Hollywood, and when men were men. Starring Cary Grant and Grace Kelly, this is a romance and drama movie. Grant, who is a former criminal in the movie, is forced to come back to Monaco because somebody is robbing under his MO. The police come for him instead of the actual criminal. This brings him into contact with a wealthy young women. You can see where it goes from here.

The dynamic is really what is alpha in this movie. Cary Grant dominates any scene he is in. The way he talks, walks, and his body language all scream alpha. Grace Kelly is also feminine, and beautiful to look at through the duration of the film.

they made To Catch a Thief into a TV series in the late 60s starring Robert Wagner. Wagner is even more alpha and debonair than Cary Grant. The premise is that the CIA entraps Wagner, a master jewel thief, and gives him limited freedom in exchange for doing jobs for them, like burgling embassies. Its like a cross between James Bond and Mission impossible, but what is really red pill is Wagner's depiction of the character and how he interacts with others. The resurrected this theme with a recent series called White Collar which is good but the lead is not the red pill character that Robert Wagner is/was.
Big fan of white collar. The silver lining as I recall is that Neil Caffrey(protagonist) had game... It was romanticized to all hell, but game nonetheless. Also, he was living the life that most of us here dream of; international playboy with unrestricted wealth!

I will need to take a look at the To Catch a Thief series. Thanks for the recommend!

Found a torrent, but not many seeds.. How about we all get on it together.. so we all can get it.

The point of modern propaganda isn't only to misinform or push an agenda. It is to exhaust your critical thinking, to annihilate truth.

Watch Equity if you want to enjoy seeing a childless career woman get blown the fuck out due to being a callused, self-serving bitch.

A very red-pill ending for a film whose male characters are mainly beta losers.

Took a spanish class at the local college and we watched a movie one class call " no se aceitam devoluciones" or Instructions not included in english, any the gist is a playboy from south america gets a chick pregnant and then she dumps the kid on his doorstep, he tries finding said chick back in LA but unable to locate her he starts a new life there. The chick shows up later and is apparently a lesbian now and fights to get custody of the kid she dumped way back when. It was pretty funny but it sure was eye opening as well.

High Plains Drifter

In the first few minutes: The Stranger (Clint Eastwood) rides into town like the bad ass he is and gets shit tested by the town whore.

He swats her shit tests aside and then drags her into the barn, throws her on the hay, and teaches her a lesson.

Later on in the movie he does the same to a married woman and drags her by her hair to the bedroom. She is in love soon after.

Caveman game recognized.

Abbott and Costello Go To Mars
I haven't checked to see if this has come up or not in this thread, but I thought about this film below in relation to the thread about male thirst which took a morbid turn.

If you want to see a more whimsical thought-experiment about lopsided supply and demand skewing the sexual marketplace than huge war casualties...and you don't mind going super old-school, watch Abbott and Costello go to Mars where they wind up on Venus.

I know most of you will groan over this movie's age. Don't necessarily knock it because it's old, because the upside is that it's super politically incorrect, which by definition means it contains some deep red-pill truths.

The film doesn't really pick up until the two wind up missing Mars and landing on Venus, which is, of course, a planet inhabited by nothing but beauty pageant contestants.

As you can imagine, for a brief time, the two of them rule the roost because they're the only guys on the whole planet. *

Nevertheless, the Queen feels she's entitled to lock Costello into monogamy.

Costello, being the blue-pill simp that he is, agrees, not realizing that on this planet he's treated as an alpha. So we see him get tempted like a kid in a candy store, eventually getting caught smooching this or that anonymous piece of ass that walks by.

She gives him ONE last chance, which is to hold the Venusian Balloons™. It's implied that if he pops a boner thinking impure thoughts about any other woman, he pops a balloon. (I'm sure many feminists would love to have such a product to put a strangle-hold on their significant-other, maybe as an app for Fitbits.)

Of course, male sexual urges being totally unconcerned with monogamy, it's not long before all the balloons pop one by one.

When the Queen finds out she's been betrayed, she sends the two packing, but before she does, she has to destroy the girls' rose-colored bubbles about who they're getting their panties wet after. So she brings up the viewscreen and shows recordings of the "missing" men of Venus who presumably all went off to Mars, and as you'd expect, they are all bodybuilders flexing their muscles.

* I'm omitting some plot details here, most notably the interference of two gansters versions that behave much like Abbott and Costello. That element of the film eats up most of the runtime, so if you just want to get to the good stuff, seek ahead on the stream as you aren't missing much. It winds up being sort of a self-contained little vignette about the sliding-scale of sexual selection.

As far as I'm concerned, Mari Blanchard who played the Queen, was one of the top 10 sexiest women from the golden age of Hollywood, even though she wasn't in many films. Even before I hit puberty I fell in love with her character as an impossible feminine ideal.

The stream I linked to above is pretty shitty. This version, broken up into two parts, is better. The only way to get the seeking to work is to play it through Bing's result.

Part 1

The Venus segment begins 13 minutes in on this one below:

Part 2

RE: Red Pill Movies
John Carpenter's They Live - Its about a drifter who finds a pair of sunglasses that reveal the truth about aliens disguised as humans who are secretly controlling the world through social engineering. Definitely a good metaphor for the real life elite.

X Files: Fight The Future - FBI agents Mulder and Scully uncover a conspiracy where the world elites are using population control as an excuse to allow aliens to colonize earth. Eerily reminds of environmentalist elitists like Ted Turner or Al Gore who use global warming as an excuse to tell people in the west to have less kids so third world immigrants can take over.

The Hangover - Four guys decide to celebrate their friend's bachelor party by going to Vegas, then a bunch of crazy shit happens. The part I'm focusing on is the beta guy of the movie has a bitchy and domineering wife who cuckholded him in the past. He then later goes on to hooking up with a stripper and telling his wife to fuck off.

Bedazzled - Lonely beta guy makes a deal with the devil to win the heart of the chick he has oneitis for. The devil gives him seven wishes, which all have a catch to them, and then the guy learns abundance mentality at the end when he shrugs off his crush rejecting him and goes for the next chick. Its also worth noting that the movie co stars Elizabeth Hurley in her prime who wears a lot of skimpy and tight outfits, which is a major plus for me.

RE: Red Pill Movies
Wow, a lot of good movies on this thread.

I also really enjoyed The Heat, Fight Club, Limitless, Scarface, Godfather as they all portray an alpha male or alpha males in the movie who dominate their world. Those are my top movies. Really blown my world.

I would also honorably have to mention The Pursuit of Happiness as it delves into how a man is trying best for himself to become a successful businessman and woman is not being supportive at all. It's based on a true story, really emotional plot line. Watch till the end...

More into dating and lovey-dovey side, I would have to recommend Spread with Aston Kutcher.

It's about this huge player who lives in a mansion of a super rich cougar that he is fucking meanwhile bringing others girls to this place and having parties. Basically leveraging his social proof/pre-selection to get more pre-selection/social proof.
The definition of value-arbitrage.

I don't want to spoil too much...but the ending is very interesting and it made me kinda of stop going out and reflect on the whole point of "game" and just meaningless sex with chicks that I don't even like.

A must watch for anybody going out consistently for a long time. Game concepts are thrown at every scene.

"Don't let yourself get attached to anything you are not willing to walk out on in 30 seconds flat if you feel the heat around the corner."
- Heat

"That's the difference between you and me. You wanna lose small, I wanna win big."

A while back I watched The Painted Veil, which was recommended by someone on RVF (Gio I think?).

Definitely displays red pill truths, especially what goes on in a woman's mind and behavior. I thought it was an interesting plot and very well acted.

A good line from the movie: "As if a woman ever loved a man for his virtue!"

If you're a fan of The Last American Virgin, I would highly recommend Baby It's You (1983)

it starts off as a typical hollywood love story (good girl falls for the bad boy from the wrong side of the tracks) but turns realistic & somber in the second half. after a while the good girl stops being charmed by his bad boy antics and realizes he's just a fucking loser going nowhere in life, so she tries to trade up for a different type of asshole she can see a future with (a frat guy) but ends up getting pumped & dumped. meanwhile the bad boy develops severe oneitis for this girl and sees her as the only thing good in his life. you all know how this ends up.

Adding to the James Bond theme, I stumbled upon a documentary about George Lazenby who was Bond for one film (Her Majesty’s Secret Service).

From working class roots, he learned Game as a used car salesman, a model, dated the Australian PM’s daughter and got through the snobby and protectionist barriers in British film to become Sean Connery’s replacement as James Bond.

It’s a story of the Alpha mind-set but despite OHMSS being a success, Lazenby would only be Bond once because he refused to dress how the film studios wanted him to so he turned up to the OHMSS premier looking like Roosh, Jim Morrison and George Best.

His only regret was losing the PM’s daughter during his model and Bond years.

Becoming Bond is on Amazon Prime.

EXCELLENT film....and Rosanna Arquette at her hottest...curious, I see that you are Canadian, did you come across this film on CITY-TV Toronto late Great Movies back in the late 80's/early 90's? That is where I first saw it, they played it a lot.

Network might very well be the smartest movie ever made. It was released in 1976 and essentially predicted reality television.

RE: Red Pill Movies
I may have to start a separate Indian movie thread. Bollywood gets a bad rap because of the overly glamorized view of Indian culture and most times false representation of Indian people.

However, India has a movie industry for each of its states. Given each state has its own language and script, a movie industry emerged for each of them.

I hail from Kerala, where the malayalam language is spoken. It's a state with almost a 100% literacy, highest of any state in India. Also, it is the highest in the country for many indices that demonstrate IQ, standard of living and literary and artistic genius. I've gained a large appreciation for these films that depict Kerala as is, without the Bollywood glamour or westernization. They contain amazing script writing and intelligent dialogue and emotion in many instances. I don't prefer it, but the malayalam movie industry is also called Mollywood by some.

I always pay attention to red pill Malayalam movies. While the idea of masculinity has been all but diluted fully from western cinema, a lot of times, it's in full display within malayalam cinema. I'm not saying these are extreme action flicks ala Schwarzenegger, rather well written drama played out with emotional finesse on screen. There are a few out there that are accessible on Netflix or otherwise by the western crowd.

1. Maheshinte Pratikaram (Mahesh's Revenge) : Depicts masculinity at its finest and explores revenge from its perspective. Available on Netflix and one of my favorites.
2. Drishyam (Visuals) : One of the best to come out of there about an otherwise average guy that goes to extreme lengths to protect his family. Netflix has the Bollywood remake, not the malayalam original. Both are good but I think the original malayalam version is way better.

I'll post more especially if there's interest.
