Party invitation strategy
New poster here, but Iv'e read Bang and Day-bang.

Scenario:

I just bought my first house in a pretty big college town of a party school. I am renting out my 2 spare rooms to 2 college guys. One of them is a game natural, (been here a week already pulled in 3 girls) the other one moves in in 2 weeks so he is irrelevant for this story. Roommate 1 is graduating next Friday and we decided it would be cool to throw a graduation party.

About me:
34 but look exceptionally young for my age. Girls routinely guess my age between 23-26 when I meet them at bars/clubs. I'm fit and a solid 7-8 in appearance.

Question:

Should I just invite bunch of girls and then invite a few guys last minute to make it not totally one sided gender wise? Should I invite multiple girls that I'm trying to lay or focus more on one or two primary targets?

Roommate should pull in lots of tail himself but I need to do my share also.

Setting:

House is in a suburban neighborhood on nice side of town I have a 5 person hot tub in my small fenced in backyard, but I'm thinking about building a fire pit and setting up some yard games.

Suggestions?

Are you inviting random girls or are they friends of friends?
Either way you need some security to handle the doors.
The word of Open house College parties spread quickly.

I literally have a list. If you aren't on it. You are gone.
Nothing got broken. Nothing got stolen.

I was planning on just inviting girls I meet at the bars/clubs this week plus maybe a couple I met in my Lyft/Uber driving adventures.

*My Two Cents*
Word to the wise. This is not a smart idea. I hope I don't need to spell this out for you.
I think you're throwing a party for a party's sake. These bitches will smell it call their friends. Bust down your door, steal your shit and fuck up your couch.

Personally I would delay partying until you have got the trusted network where people will actually appreciate your company and invite you to parties they know. This is how it works. Anything different, you're just a mark paying for broken windows and hurt feelings...

With this being said. Do whatever the fuck you wanna do!

My opinion is, as a 34-yo you still should try to put yourself in the heads of the younger 20-somethings. I mean that in your head your main objective is obviously to get laid as quickly as possible. In their head the main objective is to have fun, maybe get wasted etc.

Even guys in their early twenties often try to procastinate getting laid in favor of having fun.

If you have to throw a party with 20-somethings, make sure you center it on that "having fun" part, don't make it too much look like you are organising your own harem. Maybe just make it open for anyone and tell people they can bring who they want. Remember that as a host of the party you start with a lot of advantage against other male competition, and if you are good looking and older you are basically on overkill with hot twenty-something girls. Make sure you set them in the mood for fun partying so they will spread their legs faster.

This is a good reminder, I think you're right. Although it is my house, it' my roommates graduation party so I expect most of the invitations to be made by him, but I would like to invite a few girls and perhaps the neighbor guys that helped me install my hot tub, they're young too and one has a GF.

I will see if my buddy Randy can work the door if need be, he's 6'6 300 lb and covered in tattoos.
