I've tried Eastern Europe ( Poland ) as well for living and it's super depressing. I would not recommend it to anyone. Yes, girls are decent there but what about the rest? Super boring to live , not much to do, unfriendly people, cold weather, poor wagues..

I was just in Barcelona and Valencia 2 weeks ago. They have same attitude towards any man and acting like Adriana Lima when they're just 6.

I think living in Mallorca would be perfect. You'd get insane tourists like 7 months out of a year.

Mallorca could be an option. Barcelona has tons of foreign students ( lots of business schools, universities) , has a beach ( so you can do some surf) . So in Barcelona there are a lot of oppurtunities for gaming and the lifestyle is great. Local girls are shit indeed.

Lisbon would be similar to Barcelona i think. And there are indeed no perfect countries. I'm not interested to live in Europe in the future anymore but in Latin America or Asia other problems will occur then either. ( Safety, visa issues, dirty food, far away from family,...)

It seems like I am looking for some unicorn and think that grass is always greener somewhere out there. Your words got me thinking. I had no idea that experienced and competent people are making more here than in the countries you mentioned.

Those are the current salaries... I work for a Fortune 100 IT company here and I do not see much salary above 12K GROSS. Exception is for people who have 10 years+ experience OR who are freelance... in that case indeed it might be worth considering Poland

Those are base salaries (no overtime, no bonuses). If your job requires regular travel outside Poland you get per diems. Look for a job in consultancy companies (EY, Deloitte, Accenture, CapGemini etc), that's where you can make good money. For example the per diem for Switzerland is 400+ zl/day net. If you're flying from Monday to Friday you're getting 2000 zl/week in addition to your normal salary.
