There are 2 solutions but i think it's only for self amusement.

Learn the physical game and when you are close to a girl just say utter nonsense words with low voice to look like you are talking to her and run physical game.

This is a very common strategy that everyone always recommends for clubs, but one that I've found very hard just due to the setup of clubs these days.

Can you tell me a good club in a major city which has vacant couches for the use of patrons whenever they feel like it?

Seems like everywhere I've been the couches are reserved for bottle service, and if there are some free ones, they are just a few and are NEVER free in a club full of several hundred (or thousand) people.

Club real estate is valuable to the club owners and they try to squeeze revenue out of it. I don't think I've ever been to a good club where you can just grab your girl's hand and lead her to the conveniently located unoccupied couch nearby.

Keep searching for better clubs. Venue selection is extremely important.
