Like a top. Fuel pump fixed that previous issue 100%. Since then I have done some other work to the truck:

-Upper ball joints, both
-Lower ball joints, both
-Inner and outer tie rods, both
-Valve cover gaskets, both
-Oil sending unit

Still have an oil loss issue, and low pressure as well. The low oil pressure I'm pretty sure I know the cause of - likely bad O-ring in the pickup tube in the crank case. Small cheap part but a pain in the ass to get to and install. The leak could be a number of things, though I've been narrowing it down. For brevity's sake I think I'm just going to take the truck off the road for a week or two and yank the motor and fix all the issue and refurbish it.

2019 projects:

-Pull the motor and do a cleaning and partial rebuild/complete rebuild if necessary
-Replace worn out factory suspension with 4 new shocks all around and new coils in the rear
