Explosion rocks Manchester Arena during teen concert.

Witness say explosion happened just outside entrance.

Arena sits on top of railway station.

I think we know it's not Buddhist extremists.....some news is coming out it might be an accident.

I'm seeing reports about a balloon filled with gas exploding? and then a mad rush out of the stadium.

If it isn't terrorism related it still can be blamed on the atmosphere that terrorism creates, that a malfunction can cause mass panic and fatalities, where as 30 years ago people would have left in an orderly fashion.

Ya the balloons with gas are bullshit, now that I think about it. Helium isn't flammable, hydrogen is but then that would be an immense safety hazard.
