OP, I have a strategy that I've never used but that I came up with as a perverted teenager and used to tell girls and it would get them visibly turned on. You missed the key words in my suggestion: "Tell her what YOU NEED and INSIST she gives it to you." That's all about changing the frame, and it is not the same as "Talking about it." I would never suggest trying to discuss with her things like her feelings about it. What she feels about it is a legitimate problem, but it is also HER problem. What she DOES is what is important to HIM.
