I was in Atlanta last year, and went to a black comedy club with a fine black girl, I'm talking Alicia Keys fine man! Anyway, the comedian saw us as a perfect target to pick on and test to see if I am a chump getting played by this girl since I am Spanish.

When he saw I can stand my ground, and was making the whole audience laugh (intentionally), he said "Aight, ....playa you cool, sista here just upgraded to a black guy with good hair") {crowd laughs}

I honestly can't comment on black women's perspective because I don't know. This is new info for me man.

But latin women for me... they have a combination of everything I like - pretty faces, nice lips, long hair, brown to light skin, and last but def not least hips and ass. For me they're the total package in their appearance.

When I was in Colombia I was shocked to see so many women with pretty faces and hourglass figures.

From my analysis, Latin guys seem to be the equivalent of light skinned blacks from a black lizard's perspective.

I remember back in the days, black lizards used to go absolutely nuts for light skinned cats (these dudes could do no wrong) and I remember how Mario Van Peebles, Boris Kodjoe and Shemar Moore would cause a lizard's panties to become soaked.

As far as my observation takes me, latin guys have similar complexion to light skinned guys - not as light as Caucasian males and not as dark as Afro males.

Funny, though, since I am not sure whether Latin is used to describe a male from Latin America or a dude of a certain skin hue.

Anyways, that's probably why the black lizards go apeshit over Latin guys.

As for blacks on latinas, the shyt is simple, I didn't see the big hype until I moved to Miami. Then when i saw that genuine ass, I could see where all the noise was coming from.

I also guess it's the Spanish food. I once brought a girl over to my moms crib for a normal family Sunday hangout. She was mega-cool and charming so I figured no harm.

My mother and my aunts were in town cooking, music was playing, backyard Full of Spanish food, paella, pernil the works!

This girl could not stop eating! LOL! yet she was 115lbs!
She still emails me asking when were going to my mothers house again.

I have learned 3 things about black girls:

1. They LOVE Spanish food! Can't get enough!
2. Don't ever touch her hair under ANY circumstances!
3. They love Latino guys and appreciate being approached by one.

I am a lite skinned Latino. I have always has success with Black women. I think they just find us sexy and exotic.

Its one of the situations were we get favorable treatment, similiar to Black guys in Sweden or Whites guys in Peru.

So funny, I have been to a black comedy club with a black woman 3 or 4 times. EACH TIME THE COMEDIAN HAS TALKED TO US AND MADE JOKES. Luckily, this has always helped me and added to my "social proof". If you can win the respect of the comedian and the rest of the audience, you are definatley gonna get laid. One comedian actually helped me alot by asking me to stand up and show the crowd my outfit. We ended up partying with the guy after the show.

I love being the "exotic" one.

I have seen a lot of this too. I think a lot of black men will tell you that dealing with black women can be difficult over the long term mores so than dealing with other women.It is a kind of indoctrination to self-hate. At first I didn't believe or understood what was being said until i spoke to black women about this particular issue. It seems that black women feel that society sees them as being at the bottom of the "chain" for women, and the least attractive, yet the hardest to deal with. Black men reinforce these stereotypes by dating outside of their "race" and that helps to perpetuate the anger between the two. Black women are more loyal when sticking with black men than black men are to them. I suspect this is a serious case of internal racism that has been handed down from slavery.. Even down to the skin color, grade of hair, big lips, straight nose, might be a problem even though they are from the same "race". So a person with a "good" grade of hair,(latinos) has an edge. A person with a much lighter skin or not so "black" has an edge. Your lips are thinner, nose straighter, you have an edge. They have visions of prettier babies , or more accepted by society for jobs. It's a lot of psychological damage that has been handed down and was never rooted out. There's a lot of self-hate that goes into this kind of thinking and it is global. When in Colombia, see how they are treated, or see how Afro-Colombianos are portrayed and hated even by Afro-Colombianas. In D.R., Trujillo promoted this same kind of self -hate for Dominicans who were darker even though his grandmother was haitian and this is why to this day , Dominicans will never call themselves "negro" even though in Spain that's what they are when they have certain characteristics.. Go to Bahia to the original carnival and see how the girls look and talk at blacks as opposed to euro guys. Ask people in Rio what is the name of a person that acts dumb , doesn't have a job, lazy,and loud, is called. Its a nice little secret(think Bahia). Go to Phillipines and see how fast fade creams fly off the shelf. I think Europe should compensate until the world ends for this travesty. I can tell you that black women are starting to branch out a lot more with other races and I suspect with a shortage of so called"good black men" (thank the media for this one)this will continue. Black men see latin women as physically like the black woman with the hips and the ass just right , yet not as harsh or combative , so I think this fits well for them. You can thank the media and your governments for all of these labels. I get it from both ends and it's sad. It's just an opinion and neither wrong or right.

I´m short on time so i didnt read the whole thread but i just came back Cali 3 days ago. For me it was pick up hell. i stayed there 6 days and only kissed a gilr whom i met on couchsurfng.com.
I´m 6.3 and blond haired and fairly goodlooking and well dressed when gpoing out. I didnt get one smile or look from girls at night and during the day. This is the first time that happened to me while traveling the world.
If you dont have game in the spanish language i wouldnt even bother to go to Cali. Salsa dancing is amazingly good , so i didnt wanted to embaress myself wit honly 6 lessons of salsa cubana.

I can bang my head into the wall for not going to Bogota or medellin where there are lots of reggaeton clubs.
i have sworn to come back to Colombia and get my flag but i wont before i speak fluent spanish.

I just arrived back in Peru and the girls here are fucking ugly compared to Colombia. I´m stuck in a second tier city called Trujillo.
