Hi, i have a fear that i might be banned but i had to speak this out just for the sake of those who might be in the same state of mind.

i am going through this constant struggle to focus my energies on getting sex and affection from of women or pursuing some higher goal. I am a computer engineer (masters from a reputed university at USA)in his early 30s who has recently migrated from a 3rd world country to USA. Back in my country i have always had decent amount of attention from women but only in the last few years i have discovered the sexual side of relationships. It was mainly through my meeting beautiful and intelligent women from different cultures traveling to my country. i have been with 8-9s as someone would rate on this forum.

Since coming to USA , I have been facing this huge shift when it comes to man woman relationship. The women are non dependent, lack attention, are busy with their careers and most of them don't want to or don' t have the qualities of being in long term relationship. The religious type won't date outside their religion, i am in Utah. So the only option left if to approach many women and do trial and error to see if something leads to a stable relationship. I am open to a short term thing also.
But fact is that most of the good looking ones who show initial interest kind of do U turns and don't even response to texts later. Flakiness is kind of trendy here.
And all this when i behave as a true gentleman should , opening doors, paying their bills on dates etc etc.
But the its too much of effort. its like a constant thing going in my mind which is hampering my professional progress. When i look at the videos of Elon Musk , Jack Dorsey or Travis Kalanick, i feel i am wasting my life in pussy chasing.
I am sure many of you will see me as a beta or conformist but it may be also that many of you have gone through this yourself. On the other side its also true that some high achievers derive lot of energy from the sexual pursuits. I am kind of confused what path to take. Should i lower my standard and settle down with someone who is more even minded (less in terms of standards of beauty) or just go through this constant experiment which is takes to much of energy that can be put to higher pursuits. May be for most of the " players" here, you have reached a state of mastery through constant experimentation and don't have to out so much energy. Another way might be to reach a state of achievement when i can attract whoever i want without even thinking or caring about it.

I would suggest going back home to pick a solid decent-looking nice young woman in her early 20s to marry and build your family with. Don't fixate on looks, a 7+ that has a nice mother and a great disposition is the way to go. You're entitled to someone from a great family with your credentials and achievements... Your parents were right all along.

You will eventually outgrow your "discovery of the the sexual side of relationships" a few years down the road, and you will have wasted your youthful years in frustrating relationships and stressful quests that sap your energy and professional focus, whereas as the head of your household with a good wife who will have your back, you will enjoy the more fulfilling rewards and motivations of family life.
